Scope

This policy applies to the iOS and Android store editions of Moonlit Beacon, published by crossplatformkorea. The game has no account system, ads, third-party advertising analytics, location collection, or cross-app tracking. The online global leaderboard is disabled in the initial release.

Data kept on device

Language and audio settings, progression, Moon Shards, unlocks, local scores, purchase entitlements, and a minimal receipt ledger needed for restoration are stored in the app's device sandbox. Core play and local records work offline. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove this local information.

Purchases and receipt validation

When you buy or restore an optional in-app purchase, the app sends the store, product ID, and either an Apple JWS receipt or Google Play purchase token to IAPKit over encrypted HTTPS. IAPKit checks the receipt with Apple or Google and returns its valid, refunded, or revoked state. Transaction or order identifiers, the store's validation response, request IP address, validation result, and processing duration may be stored with the purchase validation record.

These records are used to grant, restore, and revoke entitlements; reflect refunds and cancellations; prevent duplicate transactions and fraud; diagnose validation failures; and produce purchase and validation-service statistics. IAPKit may send Mixpanel an analytics event showing that the project received its first valid receipt and the store used. That event does not contain your purchase token, transaction identifier, or IP address. We never receive your payment-card number or Apple/Google account password.

Customer support

If you email support, we and our email service provider process the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide only to resolve the request. Support records are retained only while needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not ask for your password or a full receipt. If a store order number is required, we request only the minimum necessary detail.

Retention, deletion, and choices

You can remove on-device records by clearing app data or deleting the app. Apple, Google, IAPKit, and its infrastructure providers may retain purchase-validation records while needed for entitlement restoration, refund or revocation handling, fraud prevention, service statistics, accounting, and legal obligations. The exact period varies by record and provider obligation.

Use the address on our Support page to request access, correction, or deletion of purchase-validation or support records. We may ask for the minimum store order identifier needed to locate your record safely. Where permitted by applicable law and store or accounting obligations, we will delete or de-identify the record and relay the request for records held by our processors. Records needed by law or to resolve refunds and rights disputes may be retained in a restricted form for the necessary period.

Children, transfers, and changes

The game is not designed to intentionally collect children's personal information. Purchase validation may be processed outside your country. Material changes will update the effective date on this page, and store privacy disclosures will also be updated if processing purposes change.
